Peter Jeffer founded Jeffer Management Corp. in 1984 that engaged in numerous business activities. He served as General Partner of a U.S. equity hedge fund following a successful Wall St. career as a portfolio strategist and technical analyst. Over the years, Peter has experienced numerous business activities described below.
In 1990 he began consulting for corporate development, marketing strategies, product development, finance, and since 2000 e-commerce. Projects included drafting of Private Offering Memorandums and less formal business presentations. Peter's diversified background, his creativity, and experience bring unique insights to assist companies to build their business.

From 1991 until the Present, Peter has served as Chairman and CEO of NU-Technologies, Inc., a Financial / Marketing and Corporate Development firm taking equity positions in startup companies to strategically develop the companies and their products. Peter produced infomercials, spot TV ads, and personally presented live on QVC-TV. He has been issued eleven (11) U.S. Utility Patents on technologies related to product development. One such product is PermaSoft? Soft Denture Liner that has been exclusively licensed for sale by Dentsply, International since 1998.

In 1998 Peter joined Sherman Specialty Co. after negotiating and implementing a Joint Venture between the company and a healthcare product distributor with sales exceeding five billion dollars. Peter served as Executive V.P. of New Business Development to develop growth strategies, and refocus Sherman's 53 year catalog business to a sophisticated Internet model.

In 2000, Peter founded, designed, developed and managed an eCommerce business called, MakesParties.com, now d/b/a (www.4FunParties.com) that established an Affiliate Network that grew to over 11,000 business partners selling party supplies, signage and personalizing products online. The company represented party / event planners, DJs, highly optimized web sites and Peter set-up numerous associations with prestigious corporate partners such as Hard Rock Cafe and the like.
As CEO, Peter evaluated and utilized professional services to develop the firm?s Internet program overseeing search engine optimization, engaged email service firms using best practices for mail deliverability, and analyzed site activity with sophisticated analytic systems to improve conversion.

From 1971 until 1991, Peter held numerous positions on Wall Street, including V.P. / Portfolio Strategist at Morgan Stanley, Senior US Equity Manager at the prestigious Soros Quantum Fund, a multi-billion dollar hedge fund, and General Partner of Jeffer Partners International, a listed offshore Mutual Fund that invested in U.S. equities, stock & index options, derivative instruments & arbitrage. During this period, Peter was often quoted in the Wall Street Journal and the Wall Street Transcripts, among other publication including being featured in Forbes Magazine.

Peter attended Syracuse University undergraduate School of Business Administration with a degree in Economics and Finance. Peter was very active in Syracuse campus politics as President of his Class, The Student Government, The Senior Mens Honorary, and selected as Outstanding Fraternity Man and elected by his classmates as Class Marshall for Graduation Ceremonies.
